第九条 Sexual Misconduct and Harassment Information
性暴力 is a term with a specific legal connotation. It encompasses a broad range of behavior that includes all forms of 不正当的性行为 and 性暴力. 性暴力 refers to sexual acts committed against a person’s will, or where the person is incapable of giving consent because of incapacitation, 无意识, or any circumstance rendering one unaware that sexual activity is occurring. 根据这项政策, 性骚扰包括, but is not limited to 性侵犯, 性剥削, 跟踪, 网络狩猎, 欺凌, 网络欺凌, 家庭暴力, 约会暴力, 性别歧视, 和报复.

Director of 第九条 and Equity Compliance

- Coordination of the 大学's efforts to comply with 第九条 as well as New York State and other laws.
